The free database
The grant database, state and category pages, alerts, and the weekly digest are free and provided as-is, with no warranty of completeness or accuracy. Our data comes from the grants.gov daily extract and we refresh it every morning, but grants.gov is the source of truth — always verify deadlines and eligibility on the official listing before applying. If our page and grants.gov ever disagree, grants.gov is right.
Paid services
Exactly what the product pages say — these terms and those pages are meant to match:
- Grant Application First Draft, $149. A structured first draft of the opportunity's narrative sections, delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake form. It is a first draft, not a finished application: facts only your organization knows are flagged [NEEDS ORG DATA], never invented. Refund: if it isn't useful, reply to the delivery email within 7 days and we refund 100% — no forms, no argument.
- Grant Match Report, $99. Your top 5–10 federal grants with an honest likely / unclear / unlikely read on each, delivered within 48 hours of intake, human-reviewed. Federal grants only — that's what our database covers. During beta we take at most 5 reports per week. Your $99 credits toward a first draft if you proceed.
- Grant Fit Check, free. An honest read of one specific grant against your program, capped at 10 per week during beta, human-reviewed before sending.
Nobody can promise you'll win a grant — including us, and we don't. Anyone who does is selling something dishonest. Reviewers score your program, budget, and track record; our deliverables give you an honest read and a strong starting structure.
Alerts and the digest send only what you signed up for, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.
The MCP server
The MCP endpoint at grantsdue.com/mcp is free and keyless so AI tools can query the database. It's rate-limited; don't hammer it, bulk-scrape it to resell the data, or use it to misrepresent what grants.gov says. We may adjust limits or suspend access to keep it healthy for everyone. Responses include an attribution line — leaving it intact is appreciated.
The boring but honest part
- We can change the free products or these terms; material changes get a new "last updated" date at the top.
- Our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at what you paid us for it. For the free products, that's zero — as-is means as-is.
- We're a small United States operation and U.S. law applies. If something goes wrong, email anthony@grantsdue.com first — a human reads it, and most problems are fixable in one reply.
