Privacy, in plain English

Last updated August 2, 2026. No legalese padding — this page says what we actually do. If anything here ever contradicts how the site behaves, tell us and we'll fix whichever one is wrong.

What we collect

What we do with it

Deliver the service you asked for. That's the whole list. Specifically:

Your drafts and fit-check content

What you tell us about your organization and program is used only to produce your deliverable — the fit check, match report, or draft you ordered. As the /drafts page says: deliverables are prepared with AI assistance (Anthropic's Claude) and reviewed by a human before anything is sent to you. Your information is never reused for other customers, marketing, or model training.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while we're providing you the service — your alert profile while your alerts are active, your order details while we might still owe you something (delivery, the refund window, a reply). Want it gone? Email anthony@grantsdue.com and we'll delete your data. That's the process; there's no form.

Email

Every email we send — alerts, digest, order emails — carries a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately. Unsubscribing from one of our emails stops that stream; we don't quietly re-add you.

Who we are
