How this works
GrantsDue re-imports the complete grants.gov database extract every morning — the same official file federal systems use, published daily by grants.gov. On import we:
- Keep only live, posted opportunities (forecasts and closed listings are dropped);
- Parse every eligibility code so "can a 501(c)(3) apply?" is answered on the face of each listing;
- Sort everything by deadline, because that's the order that actually matters;
- Delete anything that closed or was withdrawn since yesterday — if it's listed here, it was open as of this morning.
Currently tracking 4636 open opportunities (2543 nonprofit-eligible). Last refresh: 2026-07-26 00:34 UTC.
What's not here yet
State arts councils, community foundations, and private foundation deadlines — the roadmap, in that order. Federal is the start because it's the largest single source and the only one with a complete public feed.
Honesty notes
We link every listing to its official grants.gov page and you should always verify there before applying. We're independent — not affiliated with grants.gov, and nobody pays to be listed.
