National Strategy for Trusted Identities in Cyberspace (NSTIC) Pilot Grant Program

Abbreviated proposals must be submitted under the NSTIC Pilot Grant Program in order to be considered for funding. Abbreviated proposals, paper and electronic, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Abbreviated proposals received after this deadline will not be reviewed or considered. The abbreviated proposal must contain the following: (1) SF-424, Application for Federal Assistance. The SF-424 must be signed by an authorized representative of the proposer organization. The FFO number 2012-NIST-NSTIC-01 must be identified in item 12 of the SF-424. The list of certifications and assurances referenced in item 21 of the SF-424 is contained in the SF-424B. (2) A word-processed document written by the proposer of no more than five (5) double-spaced pages describing the proposed project that includes sufficient information to address the evaluation criteria (see Section V.1. of the FFO/Full Announcement). Full proposals, paper and electronic, must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 10, 2012. Full proposals received after this deadline will not be reviewed or considered. Review of full proposals, selection of successful proposers, and award processing is expected to be completed in July 2012. The earliest anticipated start date for awards under this FFO is expected to be September 1, 2012.
