About this opportunity
NOTE: This is a Notice of Intent. There is no announcement related to this notice. We are not accepting applications. Subject to the availability of funds, USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to provide funding to the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) without full and open competition. Authority: DLMS 2-836 G.3: The recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded. The sole-source would raise the funding ceiling for the Auto Employer Project up to $5,000,000 to expand the impact of the project’s achievements in Mexico, specifically in the automotive sector, and improve employer compliance by scaling up proven project methodologies and activities.
