The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) is proposing a collaborative effort with the Gulf of Mexico Alliance through its Gulf Star program to further advance development of a Gulf Coast Adaptation and Resilience Plan by improving quantitative assessments of habitat and focal species vulnerabilities as well as adding human community resilience information.
