Objectives of the Mosaics in Science Program are:Encourage diverse youth to study and pursue careers in natural resource science fields, Provide meaningful and relevant science-based internships in parks for diverse applicants,Introduce program participants to science careers in the National Park Service, and Increase relevancy, diversity, and inclusion in the NPS workplace.
