THIS IS NOTICE INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. This is a notice of intent to award a Cooperative Agreement between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Michigan State University for to support analysis and quantitative modeling of seabird data collected via fixed-wing aircraft surveys to address questions related to the abundance and distribution of seabirds in the northern Gulf of Mexico. This project will be funded via a cooperative agreement and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) will be substantially involved in projects under this funding opportunity. In particular, the Service will beresponsible for the following: assistance with development of study questions, review of study plan, coordination on data analysis and reporting.
