About this opportunity

NOTE: This is an NOI. There is not an announcement related to this notice. We are not accepting applications. USDOL’s Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) intends to sole source an award of up to $1,000,000 total costs to extend the current activities of the Improved Compliance with Labor Laws in the Country of Georgia project for three years. The intended recipient of the sole source award is the International Labor Organization. This award would be contingent on the Government of Georgia meeting certain conditions. Authority: USDOL Manual Series (DLMS) 2-836 G.3: Services are available from only one responsible source and no substitute will suffice; or the recipient has unique qualifications to perform the type of activity to be funded.
